Taco Taxi is open until 2 a.m. on weekdays and 3 a.m. on weekends. With its convenient location in South Minneapolis, this is an easy place to swing by and grab an al pastor or carne asada taco for a couple bucks. It doesn't hurt that the staff is incredibly friendly too.

Opening on Thursday at 6 a.m., this place doesn't close again until Sunday at 3 p.m. which is quite fitting for a former Burger King location. A hot spot after bar close, be prepared to wait for a table. If already in the mood for breakfast, you're in luck as the breakfast menu is quite extensive with large portions of waffles, burritos and omelets available to order. Greasy fare like chicken fingers and burgers can also be had.
