Skydive Twin Cities has air jump locations at Forest Lake, Minnesota and Baldwin, Wisconsin. Forest Lake is for tandem jumps while Baldwin is for the solo accelerated free-fall. Whether the jumper is a novice or experienced, Skydive Twin Cities shows everyone the ropes. Experienced instructors at Forest Lake teach tandem jumping. Student and tandem rigs are equipped with an automatic activation device (AAD), which activates the parachute if it fails to open.

The instructors at Westside Skydivers prepare you for the jump. First-time jumpers are harnessed to a master instructor. After two tandem jumps, a jumper can elect to go solo. Only five miles from Duluth, off Highway 35 on 46th St., Skydive Superior has been guiding jumpers since 1960. At Southern Minnesota Skydiving, you can do a tandem skydive or go solo on a static line. Or, with formal instruction, you can become a licensed skydiver.
