Minn. Duluth Beats Michigan Tech 4-2

DULUTH, Minn. (AP) -- Justin Faulk had two goals to lead Minnesota-Duluth to a 4-2 win over Michigan Tech Saturday in the Western Collegiate Hockey Association.

Jack Connolly and Dylan Olson had three assists apiece for the second-ranked Bulldogs (9-1-2, 6-1-1), who maintained their lead in the WCHA standings. UMD beat Michigan Tech 5-3 on Friday.

Mike Connolly and Travis Oleksuk also scored goals for the Bulldogs, who outshot the Huskies 34-23.

Kenny Reiter stopped 21 shots.

Michigan Tech (3-4-2, 1-4-1) got goals from Ryan Furne in the first period and Daniel Holmberg in the second.

Kevin Genoe made 30 saves for the Huskies, with 12 of those in the second period.
