Man Accused Of Sexual Assault Of 16-Year-Old
INVER GROVE HEIGHTS (WCCO) -- A 37-year-old man is facing criminal sexual conduct charges after police say he engaged in an inappropriate relationship with a 16-year-old girl.
Johnny Villarreal, of Inver Grove Heights, faces first-degree felony charges for his role in the crime.
The girl reported the incidents, which began in 2009, to police earlier this month. She said the sexual incidents occurred more than 20 times over the course of a year.
Police didn't say what the relationship between Villarreal and the girl was but noted that it was "significant."
