1 Hurt After St. Augusta Minibus Overturns

ST. AUGUSTA, Minn. (AP) — An accident involving a St. Augusta school minibus on icy roads has sent one person to the hospital.

The Minnesota State Patrol reports the bus hit an icy patch and overturned Tuesday morning on Highway 15 near Luxemburg.

No students were hurt. KNSI-AM of St. Cloud reports the bus owned by Spanier Bus Service had just finished dropping off students at St. Wendelin’s School in St. Augusta and was headed for its next stop when it slid out of control and rolled onto its side.

A bus driver’s assistant was taken to St. Cloud Hospital for treatment of minor injuries.
