Minn. Judge Denies Bail In Child-Porn-For-Ride Case

MINNEAPOLIS (AP) -- A federal judge in Minnesota has denied bail for a woman accused of using child pornography to pay a man for car rides.

A magistrate this week ordered that Donna Mary Zauner be held without bail. The man, Alec James Tafolla, was due in court Friday. Online court records on Saturday didn't list what happened in that court appearance.

Authorities say one of Zauner's friends found a suspicious e-mail on his computer shortly after she had stayed with him. The e-mail allegedly showed a partially nude girl.

According to the Winona Daily News, investigators say they found more such photos on Zauner's cell phone. The pictures allegedly showed girls exposing themselves provocatively, some with Zauner's assistance.

Messages left Saturday with both defendants' attorneys weren't immediately returned.
