VIRGINIA, Minn. (AP) — Firefighters in the Minnesota Iron Range town of Virginia had to battle bitter cold while fighting a fire that struck three houses Friday.

The Mesabi Daily News reports one house was destroyed.

One woman was evacuated. No one was hurt.

The fire broke out on Virginia’s south side. The cause is under investigation.

    Oh my f-ing g-d, it’s ‘BITTER COLD’ in Virgina, MN in January…I really hope WCCO has Lynch and all the other weather staff going to investigate this….it is totally against the Global Warming theory that they have been pushing.
