Wis. Man Killed In 1-Vehicle Accident

ROBERTS, Wis. (WCCO) — A Wisconsin man is dead after he lost control and was ejected from his vehicle on Thursday night in St. Croix County, Wis.

According to the St. Croix County Sheriff’s Office, 25-year-old Brandon Beane of Roberts, Wis. was driving on Highway 12 around 11 p.m. when he lost control of his 2005 Pontiac Sunfire.

Beane was not wearing a seat belt and was ejected from the vehicle. The Sunfire came to a rest in the ditch, on its roof.

Authorities said Beane was transported to a local hospital where he later died. The crash is still under investigation by the St. Croix County Sheriff’s Office.
