ADA, Minn. (AP) — Authorities are investigating after a body was found near the scene of a car fire in western Minnesota.
The body was found Monday morning after first responders arrived at the car fire in Norman County, near the Polk County line.
Sheriff Jeremy Thornton tells KFGO-AM it appears the car got stuck in a snowbank and started on fire.
An autopsy will be done in St. Paul.
The Minnesota state fire marshal’s office and the Norman County sheriff’s office are investigating.
