Weather Blog: Warmer Weather -- You've Earned It!

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- We will finally start to feel some mild air. Our "February Freeze" is coming to an end. 

We could have some flurries Friday as warm air glides over the cool air near the ground. There isn't much moisture to work with, so look for a dusting to a few tenths of an inch max. 

So, how long will it stay mild? 

I see highs in the 30s from Saturday into next week. We may even hit 40 by Wednesday. 

Expect shrinking snow banks and be careful walking around at night. The puddles will freeze over as we fall back into the 20s each night.
