MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) — The University of Minnesota women’s basketball team lost to Ohio State, 83-76.
Gophers junior guard Kiara Buford continued her solid season, scoring a team-high 23 points.
Former Minneapolis South standout Tayler Hill scored 19 points as the Buckeyes pulled away down the stretch for an 83-to-76 win.
Buckeyes center Jantel Lavender led Ohio State with 29 points and became the school’s all-time leading scorer.
