Minn. Air Guard Soldiers Return From Iraq

ST. PAUL, Minn. (AP) -- Fifteen airmen from the 133rd Airlift Wing of the Minnesota Air National Guard are returning to Minnesota following a six-month deployment to Iraq.

The Air National Guard holds a welcome home ceremony for the airmen this Sunday morning at its headquarters near the Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport. The airmen are members of the 133rd Security Forces Squadron and are the second of two groups of Minnesota airmen returning from duty this month from Sather Air Base in Iraq.

While there they were handling law enforcement duties and installation security for U.S. and host nation forces at the base located at Baghdad International Airport.
