MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) — The Minneapolis FBI is searching for a man they believe robbed the TCF Bank branch at 3899 Silver Lake Road in St. Anthony.
According to a police report, the man entered the bank lobby, displayed a handgun and ordered employees to lie down on the floor. He then went up to a teller and demanded all her money.
