ST. PAUL, Minn. (AP) – The Minnesota Wild has reassigned forward Jed Ortmeyer to their AHL affiliate, the Houston Aeros.

The move was made Saturday, a day after the Wild won 3-1 over the Edmonton Oilers.

The 32-year-old has had five shots, two penalty minutes and averaged a little over 9 minutes on ice per game in four games with Minnesota this season.

He’s had 15 points and 29 penalty minutes in 39 games with the Aeros, after compiling three points and 16 penalty minutes in 20 games with the San Antonio Rampage.
