FERGUS FALLS, Minn. (AP) — Volunteers are needed to help with sandbagging in Otter Tail County in western Minnesota.

On Wednesday volunteers will be filling sandbags in Perham at the Public Works office.

KBRF Radio reports there is high water from Little McDonald Lake and Paul Lake as well as overland flooding in the area.

On Thursday sandbaggers are needed in Pelican Rapids.

Some homes have water in the basements. Officials are trying to prevent more water from coming in.
