ROSEVILLE, Minn. (WCCO) – Police were called to the AMC movie theater at Rosedale Center after two people were pistol-whipped following a movie screening.
According to Roseville Police, the incident began with one of the two victims, a 21-year-old male who officers say was very intoxicated, began talking loudly during the movie.
After the movie finished at about 11:30 Thursday evening, the man left the theater with two women. The three were confronted by someone who showed a gun.
One of the two women ran away, and the suspect hit both the man and the other woman, who is 18 years old, with the gun.
There haven’t been any arrests in the case. Police did not release any information or descriptions of the suspect.
