EDEN PRAIRIE, Minn. (AP) — The Minnesota Vikings have taken Slippery Rock center Brandon Fusco in the sixth round of the NFL draft.
It was the third of four sixth-round picks for the Vikings after they traded their second fifth-rounder to Cleveland.
The Vikings started Saturday by taking Iowa defensive tackle Christian Ballard in the fourth round and took Utah cornerback Brandon Burton in the fifth round and traded their second fifth-round pick to Cleveland.
They also took Arkansas offensive tackle DeMarcus Love and South Florida safety Mistral Raymond in the sixth round.
The Vikings took quarterback Christian Ponder in the first round on Thursday and Notre Dame tight end Kyle Rudolph in the second round on Friday. The Vikings also have two picks in the seventh round.
