EDINA (WCCO) — A community hit the ice in honor of a Twin Cities woman killed in a fire.

Cindy Robb died last month trying to escape her burning home in Edina. Robb was a wife and mother of two daughters.

On Friday, the Braemar-City of Lakes Figure Skating Club dedicated its Spring Ice Show to Robb and her family.

Donations were collected for the Fraser School in Richfield, which is where Cindy Robb’s oldest daughter went.

The donations will help people with special needs.
