FAIRMONT, Minn. (AP) – Authorities say a preliminary investigation shows the public is in no danger after two bodies were found in a van in Martin County.

The bodies of a man and woman were found in the vehicle outside the Our Place bar in Imogene Thursday afternoon.

The Martin County Sheriff’s Department said autopsies Friday are expected to confirm the identities of the man and woman.

The Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension is assisting with the investigation. The Ramsey County medical examiner is conducting the autopsies.
