The Feds always have room for their Big Business. Guess they get to work for .12 per hour for a year. Then come back to society as a felon and join the 33% unemployed felons in the USA. What is the population now in prison? 2.6 millions.

  4. James2 says:

This is an example of big government waste, time, money, putting a non violent person in jail. Again, where is our liberty? Prohibition against marijuana has to end, along with hemp. We could have income, not expenditures. Imbecile Federalies. Reagan economics FAIL

  5. Victim Du Jour says:

Marijuana is a filthy habit, worse than tobacco. And it turns people into lazy democrats.

  6. Corey Holcomb says:

All they recieved was a year in jail? Thats it? For over 400 plants. How is this so? Is this the work of good lawyers or what because it seems kind of a short sentence compared to what it says on the states website.
