Police: Man Killed In Mpls Shooting ID'd

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- Police are investigating who shot and killed an 18-year-old man Thursday night in Minneapolis.

Officers were called to the 2700 block of Longfellow Avenue South around 11:15 p.m., where they found David Raisch-Day, of Cass Lake, with a gunshot wound.

Raisch-Day was brought to the Hennepin County Medical Center, where he died from his injuries around 8 a.m. Friday.

Police said they don't have any suspects in custody right now but are asking anyone with information to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.

Police will continue to investigate.
