Authorities ID Victim In Minneapolis Shooting
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – Authorities have identified a man who was shot and killed in his home early Wednesday morning in Minneapolis.
The Hennepin County Medical Examiner's Office identified the victim as 25-year-old Shea Jeffrey William Stremcha of Minneapolis.
Stremcha was shot and killed by a suspect who entered his home just after 3 a.m. Wednesday on the 2900 block of 45th Avenue South in Minneapolis, police said. The medical examiner's office said Stremcha died of a gunshot wound and was murdered.
Police are still looking for a suspect at this time and said the incident remains under investigation. Anyone with information about the incident is asked to call Minneapolis Police.
