How can we have a state government shutdown and a federal government financial catastrophe, and still be including nonsense like this as a good use of our tax dollars?

A light hearted story turned totally cynical. People enjoying music on a street corner and the first thing we think of is crime. And Don, do not worry it is a non profit organization that does not take your tax dollars. I say take rob’s advice and enjoy the sunnyside of the street.
