MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -– Some young people in the Twin Cities got some valuable training Saturday on how to deal with bullies at the Hwa Rang Do Martial Arts Academy.

WCCO-TV photojournalist Dave Wertheimer was at the event to capture the anti-bullying action. Watch the video above to see some martial arts maneuvers.
