Weather Blog: Finally Some Rain

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- Saturday will mark our 13th consecutive dry day, which is by far the longest dry streak of the year.

It was a wet summer, but we are drying out quickly. We have fallen 1.67 inches below average for the month of September.  We stay dry Saturday, and sadly it stays cool. We should have a high around 64 degrees although it will feel cooler with a strong wind from the southeast 10 to 20 miles per hour.

The rain arrives early on Sunday and will persist into the early afternoon. Our highs stay in the 60s and there will be a bit of a breeze again. Things dry out and warm back to the 70s on Monday.
