Anoka County Sheriff Needs Help Finding Missing Man

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – The Anoka County Sheriff's Office is seeking the public's help to find an adult man who has been missing from his Ham Lake home since Tuesday.

Authorities said Jeffrey Alan Jacobus left his Ham Lake residence on foot on Tuesday and has not been seen or heard from since.

Jacobus is a white man, about 57 years old. He's about 5 feet, 11 inches tall and weighs about 250 pounds with blonde to gray hair and glasses. He was last seen wearing a green hooded sweatshirt.

Jacobus has a history of stroke and walks with a limp on his left side.

Anyone with information about his whereabouts or who thinks they may have seen him since his disappearance is asked to call the Anoka County Sheriff's Office at (763) 323-5000.
