NEW LONDON, Minn. (AP) — Two people died and two were injured in a crash west of New London in west-central Minnesota.
The Kandiyohi County sheriff’s office says the crash was reported at 2:30 p.m. Oct. 8.
The West Central Tribune of Willmar reports that two died at the scene at the intersection of Kandiyohi County Road 40 and County Road 5. One person was airlifted to a Twin Cities hospital and another person was transported to Rice Memorial Hospital in Willmar.
Other details about the crash were not immediately released, and the names of the victums were withheld pending notification of relatives.
