Talking Points: Herman Cain's 9-9-9 Plan
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- Businessman Herman Cain has picked up yet another win in a GOP straw poll held in Columbia, South Carolina on Saturday night.
Cain captured an eye-popping 55 percent of the vote. His closest challenger, former House Speaker Newt Gingrich, picked up 14 percent while Minnesota Rep. Michele Bachmann got 8 percent.
Cain's string of wins -- including one in Minnesota two weeks ago -- has more people examining his 9-9-9 overhaul of the tax code.
