MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) — Police arrested a 25-year-old man early Sunday morning after he allegedly hit a woman multiple times on the head with a spike-heeled shoe.
Authorities responded to the incident at 2:14 a.m. at a parking ramp on the 600 block of 1st Street South. There they found Enrique Alexander Garcia-Dormes, of Wilmar, Minn., and a 22-year-old woman with wounds on her head, police said.
Following an investigation, police arrested Garcia-Dormes on charges of second-degree assault, domestic assault and obstructing the legal process. Garcia-Dormes is currently being held in the Stearns County Jail, police said.
