Minn. Soldiers Head Overseas With Unique Mission

ROSEVILLE, Minn. (WCCO) — Just two days after Americans took time to remember the nation’s veterans, a group of Minnesota soldiers is preparing to head overseas. The 55 soldiers will take part in Operation Enduring Freedom.

The soldiers are from the 147th Human Resources Company and are going to be deployed to multiple areas in both Kuwait and Afghanistan.

Watch the video above as photojournalist Carly Danek shows why soldiers and their loved ones are proud of their unique mission overseas.
