GREEN BAY, Wis. (AP) — The Green Bay Packers game against the Minnesota Vikings Monday night will include a special salute to military veterans.
Fans will use placards to turn Lambeau Field into a ring of stars and stripes and to spell out the message “thank you military, thank you veterans.”
The Packers say fans will find a card taped to their seat with directions on when to hold up their cards on a cue from a section leader. The Brown County Volunteer Center and local ROTC groups helped place the placards around the stadium on Saturday and Sunday.
