Weather Blog: Cool Again
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- A cold front will swing through dry early on Tuesday, and the wind will crank up from the west with 10-20 mph gusts. And cooler air is coming our way.
There will be a chance of snow in northern Minnesota with a few towns seeing up to a sloppy inch by afternoon. Expect highs around 44 in the Twin Cities with even cooler readings on Wednesday. Our forecasted high of 36 degrees would go down as the coolest day yet this season.
Expect a brief warm-up this Friday followed by a potent storm on Saturday. Early indications show rain in southern Minnesota with accumulating snow in North Dakota and northwestern Minnesota. I will keep an eye on this one. We've only received a trace of snow so far in the Twin Cities.
