BURNSVILLE, Minn. (WCCO) — Our first blast of winter may have caused some problems on the roads. But it was certainly welcome by people who love to play in the snow.

Buck Hill in Burnsville was busy making snow over the weekend to add to the natural stuff that come down Saturday. And they opened for skiing and snowboarding just a couple hours ago.

The snow machines have been going since last Tuesday and three runs are open, as of Monday. Watch Lauren Casey’s report.
