MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) — Each week, WCCO This Morning is rewarding a hard-working, dedicated parent who loves what they do.

WCCO Anchor, Mike Binkley surprised this week’s winner, Harold Kluge, who is a busy worker and a dedicated dad.

Kluge was nominated by his family because he done such a good job balancing work and parenthood.

He works 50-60 hours a week as a quality manager and still finds time to spend with his sons.

“He doesn’t know how to skate, but he takes (the kids) every weekend,” said Kluge’s wife.

WCCO surprised Kluge at his work in the north metro. His two little boys and his wife, who also has a demanding job, were there to surprise him too.

It was an emotional meeting, as you can see in the video above.

When asked how Kluge can balance it all he said, “Because I love them and that’s what I’m supposed to do. … You can’t really do it over, so you got to do it right the first time.”

Kluge and his “hockey family” won four tickets to a Wild game on Dec. 17.

Each week, WCCO selects a new Just 4 You Parent, so keep those entries coming. You can nominate a deserving parent, grandparent or guardian by clicking here.
