MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) — Keeping up with New Year goals like eating better and exercising more isn’t easy, but there is some high-tech help that can keep your New Year’s Resolutions on track.

The Fitbit Wireless Personal Trainer clips to your belt. It will keep track of how many steps you’ve taken, and how many calories you burn during exercises. It connects wirelessly to your iPhone, iPod and Fitbit website to make sure all your daily goals are tracked.

You can even track your progress and check to see how well you’ve been sleeping.

The iHealth Scale also works with your iPhone and iPod devices. You can track your weight loss progress and even automatically share it with friends and family if you’d like someone to hold you accountable. You can also use it to track BMI, too.

There are many other high-tech ways to help you get fit this new year. To see then, click here.
