St. Paul Winter Carnival Medallion Found

ST. PAUL (WCCO) — Time to hang up those picks and shovels for another year. The St. Paul Winter Carnival medallion has been located.

The medallion was found early Wednesday morning after the release of the 11th clue.

The winner was Lange Wallgren of Osseo, along with his four hunting partners: Jake Ingebrigtson, of St. Paul; Corey Hargreaves, of New Brighton; Alex Valen, of North Oaks; and Nate Buck, of Cottage Grove.

The medallion was located in Tony Schmidt Park in Arden Hills.

The prizes will be awarded to Wallgren and his team at a press conference later Wednesday morning.

Why is pedo bear on the coin?

  2. Calei says:

A better part of the story is that this is the third time that one of the finders has found the medallion; lucky guy!!

    1. Bill says:

I highly doubt that luck had anything to do with him finding it 3 times, if any luck was involved it was just a sliver

  3. How 'bout that says:
