Weather Blog: Finally Some Snow

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- It wasn't enough to cancel school, fire up the snow blower or create an agonizing drive home. But it finally snowed more than a trace in the Twin Cities.

We are still woefully below average this winter, but we will take anything at this point.

Valentine's Day will be dry with highs popping up into the mid-30s.

A little sunshine should help melt away the fresh snow from the streets and driveways.

Another storm system will pass to the south on Wednesday night. I think we get grazed once again with a coating in the metro, and we can expect more snow in southern Minnesota.

Temperatures will stay above the average high of 29 degrees all week.
