MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) — Alright, stop. Collaborate and listen. Vanilla Ice is set to perform at halftime of the Minnesota Timberwolves game vs. the Boston Celtics on Friday.

The multi-platinum recording artist will surely light up the stage and wax a chump like a candle during his highly anticipated performance. The game starts at 7 p.m. at the Target Center.

Beyond his most notable album, “To The Extreme,” (released in 1990) Vanilla Ice released his eighth studio album in 2011 and currently stars in “The Vanilla Ice Project” on DIY Network.

His smash hit, “Ice, Ice Baby” spent 16 weeks on the Billboard charts and sold 11 million copies.
