MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – Authorities in Burnsville are asking the public’s help in finding a missing 61-year-old man with dementia.

The Burnsville Police Department says Lorenzo Moreno-Pachero was last seen around 6:30 a.m. Sunday near the 14700 block of West Burnsville Parkway.

Moreno-Pachero does not speak English, police said.

Authorities described Moreno-Pachero as Hispanic, 5-feet, 6-inches tall, weighing 150 pounds with a heavy mustache. He was last seen wearing black pants and a red shirt. He walks with a limp.
