Duluth Stabbing Suspect Arrested In St. Cloud

ST. CLOUD, Minn. (AP) — A second man wanted in connection with a fatal stabbing in Duluth is now in custody.

Police in St. Cloud arrested the 41-year-old man early Wednesday. The St. Cloud Times reports he's in custody in the Benton County Jail on possible charges of intentional second-degree murder and second-degree assault for the murder of 28-year-old Josh Olson.

Olson was found dead Friday after a fight at an apartment in downtown Duluth.

Thirty-seven-year-old Nakota James Benjamin has already been charged in Olson's death. He faces intentional second-degree murder. According to the criminal complaint, Benjamin called 911 Friday morning to report he found Olson's body.

The Duluth News Tribune reports that a third man was also arrested. Police say that man has been released and remains a "person of interest."
