MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – A motorcyclist died in Washington County along Highway 61 at 240th Street.

The Minnesota State Patrol identified the cyclist as 45-year-old Scott Vikander of Stillwater.

Vikander was traveling at a high rate of speed, lost control and was ejected around 6:30 p.m. on Friday.
