Como Zoo’s Arctic Fox Gives Birth To Nine Pups

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – Como Zoo’s arctic fox, Aurora, gave birth to nine pups over the weekend.

The pups, weighing between 1.8 and 2.2 ounces, are not currently on public display, yet.

A full grown arctic fox is about 10 to 16 inches long and weighs about 6 to 12 pounds.

The Como Park Zoo and Conservatory is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m, 365 days a year. Admission is always free and a voluntary donation is appreciated.
