Russian Kettle Bells Now Popular Exercise Option In US

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) — Originated in Russia, kettle bells were used to train soldiers in the fields. In 2000, the exercise came over to United States and took off.

In 2002, Rolling Stone named this the workout equip of the year.
