Level 3 Sex Offender Released Near St. Cloud

ST. CLOUD, Minn. (WCCO) -- The St. Cloud Police Department and the Minnesota Department of Corrections alerted the public that a registered level 3 sex offender was going to be moving into the St. Cloud area.

The police department said that Marvin Smith, 52, would be moving there on Thursday.

The police department's release said that Smith listed his address as "homeless," but reports have indicated Smith will be moving to the 500 block of 9th Avenue North

Smith has reportedly exposed himself and touched himself in public in the presence of his victims.

A meeting will be held at City Hall in the Council Chambers to alert the community.
