NEW BRIGHTON, Minn. (WCCO) – Police in New Brighton are looking for a female suspect after an apparent bank robbery Monday afternoon.

Authorities said the incident happened at about 2:49 p.m. at the U.S. Bank on the 2200 block of Palmer Drive in New Brighton. Police said a lone white female wearing a grey sweater and a fishing hat, dark pants and a small backpack entered the bank and presented a robbery note to a teller demanding cash. U.S. Bank is offering a reward of up to $25,000 for information leading to her arrest and conviction.
