MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) — A St. Paul man was arrested Wednesday morning for allegedly driving under the influence while three children were in the car, police say.
James Juan Catrone Parker was also charged with possession of marijuana and ecstasy, and the 34-year-old was driving without a valid driver’s license when he was pulled over by a Wisconsin State Patrol trooper at 5:41 a.m. on Independence Day on I-94 in St. Croix County.
The ages of the children in the car were 4, 6, and 16.
