MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – An 18-year-old Wisconsin man is in custody after allegedly attacking two other men with a knife, leaving one dead.

River Falls police said the stabbing happened shortly before 9 a.m. on the 200 block of West Cascade Avenue. Police had been called to a house on the avenue after a reported “domestic situation.”

When officers arrived at the house, they found two men with knife wounds. One of those men, 22-year-old Dylan T. Barry, died at a River Falls area hospital.

The other man, 20-year-old William E. Sangster, Jr., underwent treatment for his injuries at a River Falls hospital before being transported to Regions Hospital. Police did not give his condition.

At the scene, police arrested Codi J. Walztoni, of River Falls. Formal charges are pending, police said.

Authorities are still investigating the incident.
