ST. CLOUD, Minn. (WCCO) – A 17-year-old teen from Clear Lake has potential life threatening injuries after a head-on collision Monday evening in St. Cloud.

According to the St. Cloud Police Department, the car crash occurred at approximately 5:52 p.m. on the 2600 block of 3rd Street North.

The 17-year-old male, who was heading eastbound in a pickup truck, collided with 26-year-old Amanda Colette Binkley, who was traveling westbound.

When officers arrived on the scene, the teen was pinned underneath the passenger side of his truck. Emergency crews freed him from the wreckage, and transported him to the St. Cloud Hospital with potentially life threatening injuries.
