It has been very pleasant around here lately with temps above average but not stifling hot like last week. Our dew points are much better too, so the air is warm but not humid. That will change.
Expect highs to creep back into the 90s over the next several days. Sadly it will get stuffy again by the weekend.
As far as rain, I see a good shot on Friday with more chances next week. More and more parts of the state are dealing with drought conditions once again. We could use some free rainfall. I don’t see any severe outbreaks, but there is always the threat of thunderstorms as these systems roll through.
