MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) — Roseville Police are looking for public’s help in locating Roseville resident Donald Ischer, 66, for allegedly firing a gun within a municipality Friday morning.

At about 8:16 a.m. Friday, a neighbor reported Ischer allegedly fired a long gun in his backyard, on the 300 block of Capitol View in Roseville. Police called Ischer, and he said he had just left a business in Oakdale and was on his way home. When questioned about allegedly shooting a gun, he became defensive and hung up.

Officers are still hoping to located Ischer, who may be driving his 1993 Lincoln Mark 8 displaying Minnesota registration TYC403.
